Application Process

To apply one of our properties, all adult (18+) occupants must complete the application process. Non-refundable credit check fee is $42 per applicant. In order to not to waste applicant’s money, the credit check process will be the last step of the whole application process.

Application Requirements:

All adults complete the application form.

Minimum credit crore is 600. (Trans Union)

Verified income is at least 3 times of current rent

Clean rental/background history

Renter’s insurance is required and proof of insurance must be presented prior to the move in date.

For pet friendly properties, $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet up to two pets, $40 extra pet rent per pet on top of the base rent. Breed restriction and no puppy.

No aggressive breed dogs: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids.
